Support for your My Cloud device has undergone changes, resulting in the discontinuation of support for certain devices with this app. We have developed a new operating system (OS) to ensure compliance with evolving security standards. To remain compatible, it is necessary to upgrade your device to My Cloud OS 5 by January 15, 2022. Incompatible devices will no longer receive support as of April 15, 2022, and will require local access for content management. Functionality for My Passport Wireless products remains unchanged. You can continue to wirelessly access, organize, and stream content from your phone or tablet using the My Passport Wireless app.
