Support for your My Cloud device has undergone changes, resulting in the discontinuation of support for certain devices with this app. We have developed a new operating system (OS) to ensure compliance with evolving security standards. To remain compatible, it is necessary to upgrade your device to My Cloud OS 5 by January 15, 2022. Incompatible devices will no longer receive support as of April 15, 2022, and will require local access for content management. For further details, please visit https://www.westerndigital.com/mycloudupdates.
Functionality for My Passport Wireless products remains unchanged. You can continue to wirelessly access, organize, and stream content from your phone or tablet using the My Passport Wireless app.
Note: The My Passport Wireless app requires a separate My Passport Wireless device for operation (sold separately).
